Repeated intro
Hello Earthlings, DestructoPod is now early access, and I have started to get some game play feedback. It would appear that the early levels maybe too difficult. Running into anything causes damage and when you are just getting started, running in to the canyon walls is inevitable. I’ve reduced the amount of damage caused by these impacts significantly. Pod speed and angle of deflection are both used to compute damage. A full speed run straight in to a canyon wall will now only cause 2% damage (It was around 12%). Grazing the canyon walls produces no damage at all. DestructoPod now has full controller support. My thanks to the Valve staff for their most excellent advice. The default controller configuration is now much more in line with what is typical of most games. Default configurations have been setup for the Steam, PS4, and Xbox controllers.
