If you haven't update the game, we highly recommend you to go to C:\\Users[YOUR USERNAME]\\AppData\\LocalLow\\Deskteam and make a backup of the save files!

Right now, the best course of action is to reboot the game and start fresh. We know how frustrating and disappointing this is, and we're truly sorry for the inconvenience.

We're working on a fix and will also implement a proper backup system in the next update to prevent something like this from ever happening again.
