Achievement fixes

Fix a bug that swapped "Ancient Tree" and "Old Tree". Fix "Tall Tree" (unlock when tree is taller than 500 pixels). 4. "So Many Leaves" requires only 100 leaves but a bug made it need 1000 leaves.
