v1.1.0 - Dog Care Fixes, Cleanup Improvements & Edit Park

Fixed an upgrade issue where Auto Collect Coin could incorrectly mark Auto Clean Park as owned. Added a save migration and achievement recheck so Park Manager can unlock correctly for existing saves.
