Small patch

Implemented mail, allowing us to share big news easier in-game (no internet required), as well as gifts of usually unobtainable, or useful items. Gift offers are subject to change at any time, and the offer expires after the date listed. Feel free to access your mail from other saves as well. To access your mail/gifts please access your Esc menu [Esc] or (Start), and click mailbox on the side.

Other changes: -Coppie button on Esc Menu now summons all tamed coppies to where you are, use with care. May open a menu in the future of all tamed creatures. -Minimap now refreshes after 8 seconds on load (use the H key to force a refresh) -/give command removed in order to give meaning to 'unobtainable' gifts/items. A sandbox or "Creative" mode may be implemented in time. If you still want the basic functionality, use /spawn instead. /spawn doesn't allow changing the materials something is made from
