Fix for Ditin Match Freezes and Solution to Missing Saves for Returning Players

1. Fixed an issue where matches against Ditin could freeze.

2. Other minor bug fixes and optimizations.

Some returning players who played an earlier version of the game before September 2025 may find that their save data does not appear after launching the game. In most cases, the save data has not been deleted—the game is currently reading from a new Steam save directory.

You can try migrating your old save data by following these steps:

1. Go to the old save directory:

   [c]C:\\Users\\YourUsername\\AppData\\LocalLow\\Boxed Lightning Games\\Demonic Mahjong\\Save[/c]

2. Copy the save files in this folder. In most cases, [c]Slot0.json[/c] corresponds to Save Slot 1 in the game.

3. Go to the new Steam save directory:

   [c]Steam installation directory\\userdata\\YourSteamNumericID\\3444020\\remote[/c]

4. Paste the save files from the old directory into the [c]remote[/c] folder, and choose to replace files with the same names if prompted.

5. Restart Steam and the game, then check whether your save data has been restored.

To avoid overwriting your current progress, we recommend backing up the files in both the old and new directories before proceeding.
