We got lots of feedback on the game in the half a year it's been out! Thank you all so much <3 Now on to some of the problems.
Movement Speed increase for everyone
Some of the characters velt extremely slow, especially considering the passives didn't always made up for the los of speed. Across the whole lineup the movement speed is increased, but especialy for the slowest of the bunch.
Cost reduction across the board
The cost of all the characters are also reduced across the board to allow players to have more characters earlier in the game. We saw that a good majoraty of the players bought Druid and finished the game before trying anyting else.
Marcoh
Marcoh is considered the hardest to unlock, but also changes the game up the most from the other characters. His effect felt a bit slow and unwealdy, so the BloodGems now trigger way more often -every 3.5 seconds from 10 seconds before- and the effect last 4 seconds up from 2.4. Now it's easyer to juggle multiple Blood Gem stacks at the time at the cost of losing more health more frequent.
New pickup; Lightning Bolt
A new pickup as been added; the Lightning Bolt. When you pick this bolt of light up it shocks all mobs on the screen and shrinks them for 4 seconds and reduce their speed. Picking up more shrinks enemies even further while they grind to a halt. (If you shrink them anough they disapear, but the pickup is pretty rare ;))
More pickup time
The other pickups also have their time increased to 4 seconds. Picking them up gave you only a small window before which could go to waste while you were just lining yourself up to use them. So time increase aross the board!
Renamed infinite mode
Infinite mode is renamed to arcade mode, although it is infinite the word 'arcade' seems a bit more fitting <3
Details:
Cherry, Banana and Pineaple: Effect lasted 2.5 seconds, increased to 4 seconds.
Delta: Speed increased from 175 to 195.
Druid Speed increased from 175 to 195. Reduced cost from 25| 5| 2 to 15| 5| 2.
Melon Speed increased from 150 to 175. Reduced cost from 15|25| 2 to 10|10| 2.
Scout Speed increased from 110 to 150. Reduced cost from 30| 4| 2 to 20| 2| 2.
Echo / Answer Speed increased from 175 to 195. Reduced cost from 6 |30| 3 to 3|15| 3.
Eve Speed increased from 150 to 175. Reduced cost from 30|10| 3 to 15| 5| 3.
Speedup Speed increased from 150 to 175. Max also icreased by 25.
magnet Speed increased from 175 to 195.
Shock Speed increased from 175 to 195.
Marcoh Speed increased from 100 to 125. BloodGem spawn time from 10 seconds to 3.5 seconds BloodGem effect lasted 2.4 seconds, increased to 4 seconds.
Dryad Speed increased from 175 to 195. Her cost where already reduced in pre release ;)
