Defense of Kyrath changes
Good people of Kyrath — the day is come.
Defense of Kyrath is live on Steam. No more wishlists, no more waiting — thy realm is under siege and the wardens await thy command.
Out now, 20% off through July 14 — $8.79. The launch discount runs two weeks only, then reverts.
What thou hast bought into
Nine wardens — from the swift Sylvan archers to the chilling Frostfang serpents to the earth-shaking Bombard siege engines, each with its own reach, haste, and promotion path.
A compass-rose campaign — 13 levels across four biomes: deep forest, pastoral meadow, windswept steppes, and volcanic badlands.
Thirteen skirmish arenas — standalone battle maps, including a circuit-board biome where wardens defend a motherboard against the horde.
Dozens of foes that fight back — Bog Matrons web thy wardens, Hedge Witches poison them, Champions slam them. Tower composition matters here.
The Folly — a roguelike ascent mode. Climb the tiers, choose thy boons, earn thy titles.
A 45-talent tree and stacking campaign boons — every battle makes thee stronger.
Regalia — an earn-only cosmetic system. No microtransactions, no premium currency, no battle pass. Thou earnest every skin by playing.
A realm that sounds alive
Over a hundred voice lines woven through the keep — wardens talking back, Highland warriors roaring out of the McClouds tent, even the Start button has something to say. Kyrath is not a silent chessboard.
Thank thee
To everyone who wishlisted, played the demo through Next Fest, dropped a bug report, or sent a screenshot — thou hast shaped the build that shipped today. The day-one patch carries fixes credited to players who flagged them.
The horde is at the tree-line. Defend thy realm.
