addedGerman language has been added. Do let me know if i have any text in the wrong place, it is easy to copy strings in to wrong locations when going through a large amount of text.
changedAlso a fix for when you completed a scenario, and wished to continue playing. If you subsequently went to the pause menu, the pause menu was skipped as you were immediately presented with end game stats.
