Closed Alpha Update 06 is here

Hello Reclaimers,

Another playtest is upon us!

We’ve just sent out a fresh batch of invites to the Closed Alpha, with a brand-new build ready to go. We soft-launched this new build last week to existing playtesters, and now it’s time to open it up to thousands more.

As always, these invites are sent out randomly via Steam, so we're all at the mercy of RNG here. You should get a Steam notification as well as an email if you have been selected.

Our plan for the playtest

As you likely know by now, Rogue Core launches to Early Access on Wednesday, May 20th. This new playtest build reflects all the major features Rogue Core will have for Early Access. From now until launch, we'll be focusing on fixing, balancing and polishing the game you experience in this playtest.

We will periodically release hotfixes and small updates to the Closed Alpha over the coming weeks, based on your feedback, bug reports and what we feel it needs. But our focus in this time will be making the game better, rather than bigger.

We’re looking forward to seeing what folks think of the latest build, and excited to share more leading up to launch.

And we know there are plenty of folks who have gotten unlucky with the invite selection process. Sorry about that. RNG can be a fickle mistress sometimes. In any case, we’ll see you in just a couple weeks for the Early Access launch. :)
