🌧️ A Mist Opportunity
Sometimes running a city isn’t the focus of our rival city planners. In the case of Misty, she is more interested in manipulating the weather as she sees fit using her modern meteorology "techniques".
How does she do it you ask? Why she has her patented MayorTech™ Weather Station! Both a functional tool for weather manipulation prediction and an attractive feature the neighbors to admire!
This rival building is rather unique in that it isn't necessarily a negative, in fact neighboring buildings get a bonus to approval, isn't Misty nice? Although hopefully she doesn't pick that prime location you were eyeing up for those luxury apartments!
Although you may find it hard to keep this approval once the weather starts to turn, hopefully it doesn't rain on your parade!
