The game got updated to Version 0.9.484!
I've missed a couple of patch notes because there has been a lot of feedback coming in since the demo was released and I've been working on fixing a lot of QoL issues that people mentioned. As well as more balancing, cards, quests, artifacts and levels!
It includes the following changes:
Features:
Space pauses the game during waves (and spawns the next wave if you are in between waves)
Added shop - Archeologist. She has rare or better artifacts
You no longer get anything over bronze or silver with the apprentice and journeyman smith. So cards that can't be upgraded don't show up there.
+10 optional quests
+20 new cards. Focusing more on getting in more towers and trap since spells are over-represented right now.
+10 new artifacts.
Basic controller support, you can now fully play the game with controller. It's very basic right now though, improvements are incoming.
View Discard deck button is in. You can now see what cards are in your discard pile.
You can now see upgrade previews in all shops by clicking/hovering over cards depending on where the upgrade option comes from.
Hovering over a card will cause any tiles with that damage buff to highlight.
You now have an option to end a run if you beat the Doom Lord instead of abendoning a run.
Enemies now also have a max level they can show up. So easy enemies can no longer show up late game.
Healer now requires you to give up card for most of her offers.
Added more progression nodes.
Added Library shop to the demo
Bug Fixes:
The "Overwhelm" artifact didn't give a card once per wave. Just removed that text since it was more fun if it gives more cards.
Adding cards to your deck added them as the last card in some cases. All cards are now shuffled in to the deck and the deck is then reshuffled.
Progression upgrades could bug and not apply in a new run in some cases. It's now fixed.
Fixed missing sound categories on varius sounds.
Shards could reset to an incorrect number when resetting the progression tree in the demo.
Fixed issue with some cards not showing up correctly if they were played and then shuffled back into your deck.
Temporary mana reg modification wasn't reset after clearing level in shops.
Balance changes:
The basic artifact shop now only has basic and uncommon artifacts. It's replaced later in the game with the archeologist which has rare or better artifacts.
The temple random encounter now gives artifacts based on player level. So early game it gives common or uncommon artifacts and later on, it gives better artifacts.
Tweaked rewards of various optional quests to better reflect their difficulty to achieve.
Number of cards given at end of level is now always 4. It was just less fun to be punished and feel that you are falling further and further behind if you had a level that didn't go well.
Hydras now bite you at the end of a wave if you have any Hydra cards in hand.
Easy quests are no longer shown late game to make things more interesting and forcing interesting decisions from players.
Changed the beacon quest to 3 beacons.
Cloaked enemies did not decloak when attacking, they now decloak when attacking so placing blocking barriers is effective against them.
Changed the first boss you face in the tutorial level.
Changed out a card in the Ashenhold starter deck. Removed the draw cards card and replaced it with a more thematic card that draws cards.
Polish:
The mana indicator now gives a glow and makes a sound when reaching 100% to remind you to spend mana. Also voice lines at most every 15 seconds if you reach full mana to remind you to spend mana.
Treasure goblin is now more visible.
Voice line audio got increased.
Doom Lord is now more noticable when he comes. Both with voice lines and VFX.

Island polish
Gambling den dice now light up when they land on a result.
Vendor hover VFX is improved.
