DEAD BEFORE WORK: THE COMMUTE changes
In this build, we are thrilled to introduce a core progression system that was previously tested and highly praised in our advanced playtest builds! We’ve also finalized the details on exactly what will—and won't—carry over to the full product version.
Here is the complete breakdown of what’s new:
📈 [ NEW SYSTEM: THE PROMOTION BOARD! ]
We have officially implemented the"Promotion Career Board"(think of it as a corporate Career Ladder board game)!
Earn EXP & Climb the Ladder: Every chaotic flight and bone-shattering accident now rewards you with EXP. Spend your hard-earned EXP to level up your employee rank!
Big Promotion Rewards: Reaching specific milestone ranks will grant you massive bonuses! You can unlock exclusive outfits that can't be bought in the regular store, as well as special traps for the Level Editor!
Even in the Demo, you can now feel the sweet satisfaction of getting promoted while getting blasted through the air!
💾 [ FULL GAME DATA CARRY-OVER DETAILS ]
Great news for dedicated employees! We have finalized the save data migration policy for the full release. Please read the details below carefully:
What WILL NOT Carry Over:
- Best Scores & Leaderboard TimesBecause some stage difficulties have been specially tweaked and balanced just for the Demo version, your best scores and times will reset for the full version to ensure a fair competition upon launch.
What WILL Carry Over:
Accumulated EXP & Employee Level
In-Game Money (Cash)
Purchased Outfits & Unlocked Items
💡 Trap Shop Preview: While the "TRAP SHOP" feature is currently locked in the Demo version, any money you save up now can be used to instantly unlock crazy new traps for the Level Editor the moment you purchase and boot up the full game!
⚠️ [ IMPORTANT NOTE: STARTING FRESH ]
If you prefer to experience the corporate grind from the very beginning when the full game releases, you can manually delete your save data before launching the full version for the first time. This will give you a completely clean slate and a fresh start!
Thank you so much for your incredible support, keep climbing that corporate ladder, and have fun flying into the sky!
