Patch #8 brings major gameplay improvements, QoL changes, system optimizations, and a fresh batch of fixes and localization updates along with announced updates from update #6 and #7.
Gameplay:
- KBM Input Scheme Change: G - grenade, 1-2-3 weapon change, qezc - comsumables
- Enemies balance changes (HP/anim rates/locomotion)
- Added Proximity Mine
- Added weapons comparison panel
- Disabled weapon switching via mouse scroll
- Melee Damage Animation Timing Window
Coop:
- Added Player Equipment Exchange Window
System:
- Locked to 60fps by default
- Variety optimizations across gameplay and content
Quality of Life:
- Loot rebalanced
- Camera zoom doesn't reset after afk indoors
- Prevent switching to an empty slots
- Equip/aim shooting lock, shooting is blocked until weapon fully equipped
- Removed damage immunity while roll on grenade explosions
- Improved doberman behavior under shock
- Interrupted consumables are now taking out item
- Prevented Zombies attack through walls
- Implemented close the map via the 'M' key
- Preserve enemy state on load, prevent respawn
Fixes:
- Grenade Marker vfx delay fix for grenade launcher + toggle vfx for aiming/unaiming
- Fix double click looting requiring multiple accept clicks
- Added quest waypoint on exit from dungeons\\sewers
- Added POI Map Outline
- Fixed incorrect toponym music on player spawn
- Fixed Weapon and protector device not displayed on the HUD after loading game
- Fixed Weapon comparison information display issues and some improvements for comparison widget
- Fixed blindhen enemy attraction logic
- Fixed Bandage does not equipping properly at joining to session
- Player radiation initializes with delay fixed
- Biome music playing bug fixed

- Fixed crash on server related to invalid/pending kill PC trying to interact with something.
