Creep infestation
A demonic creep infestation is spreading across Japan. It has already metastasized to multiple locations on Shikoku island. Demons are emerging from the creep's hives and tunnels. Fight back, assault the creep cluster, and defeat its heart before the creep swallows all.
Creep heart
The creep heart at the center of a cluster sustains the creep. Creep, hives, and tunnels will regenerate until the heart is destroyed. Destroying the heart permanently cleanses the creep cluster from the island.
Weapon masteries
Players can now reach mastery in handling a weapon after reaching a high level with it. Masteries modify the properties of weapons and allow them to be further upgraded.
Katana Slash mastery reduces enemy armor with each hit, making enemies more vulnerable to all attacks.
Hankyu Shot mastery shoots two arrows at the same time.
Boss attacks
The boss at 12 minutes now fires a cone of ground spikes.
the boss at 15 minutes now fires a sequence of ground spikes tracking the player.
Bug fixes
Fixed enemy spawning budget to include enemies of previous waves.
Fixed enemy spawn interval for waves with multiple types of enemies.
Fixed spawning too many swarms at the same time at minute 13 and minute 20.
Fixed B button opening pause menu while playing.
Fixed player level up visual effect not following player.
Fixed outrunning the player's position.
Fixed shuriken glaives being unlocked by default.
Fixed walking over barrels to break them.
Improvements and changes
Increased astral damage & cooldown (5% -> 10%)
Replaced damage numbers font for improved readability.
Wider dash attack on bosses.
Boss dash attack keeps aiming at the player.
Bosses attack other players in multiplayer mode when their target dies.
Prevent aggroing enemies from other players by walking by.
Removed astral katana slash skill limit upgrade.
Improved waving animations on flags and cloth.
Most enemies now scale in instead of using smoke bombs.
Improved player arrow outline on minimap.
Rebalanced audio levels.
Rebalanced audio distance scaling.
Level-up chests spawn a bit further away from player.
Moved first time spawn points to smaller villages.
