First of all, thank you to everyone playing Dark Dominion and sharing your impressions after release. We are a small team, and it means a lot to us to see players stepping into this dark world after several years of hard work.
We are carefully reading your reviews, discussions, and comments. We are truly happy that many of you are enjoying the atmosphere, world, bosses, and story. At the same time, we understand that some aspects still need improvement — especially combat responsiveness, controller support, lock-on behavior, and the pacing of the opening sections.
Right now, our main priority is preparing the first post-launch update focused on the most important gameplay improvements and quality-of-life changes. We are currently working on the following:
• improving combat responsiveness and the overall feel of combat; • adjusting dodge roll timings and animation behavior; • improving lock-on range and stability; • fixing controller support issues; • improving the pacing of the opening areas and cutscenes; • fixing bugs, polishing the UI, and improving various interactions reported by players.
We want Dark Dominion to become a stronger, more polished, and more enjoyable experience, and your feedback helps us understand what we should focus on first.
