PTR - Difficulty Adjustments Live

Difficulties Balance

Chaosborn

  • Increased DMG and HP multiplier from 135% to 200%

  • Decreased score multiplier from 2.0 to 1.8

  • Reduced entity count multiplier in night waves

  • Enemy levels remain unchanged, so enemies at the edge of the map have the same strength

Hard

  • Increased DMG and HP multiplier from 125% to 140%

  • Score multiplier remains at 1.5

  • Reduced entity count multiplier in night waves

  • Enemy levels remain unchanged, so enemies at the edge of the map have the same strength

Medium

  • DMG and HP multiplier remains at 100%

  • Score multiplier remains at 1.2

  • Entity count multiplier in night waves remains unchanged

  • Slightly increased enemy level

Easy

  • Increased DMG and HP multiplier from 50% to 60%

  • Score multiplier remains at 1.0

  • Entity count multiplier in night waves remains unchanged

  • Slightly increased enemy level

Explorer

  • DMG and HP multiplier remains at 30%

  • Score multiplier remains at 0.5

  • Entity count multiplier in night waves remains unchanged

  • Slightly increased enemy level

Orc Raids have been adjusted: they now occur only once per day until Day 10, and twice per day afterward.

How to access the PTR version:

  1. Right-click on Darfall in your Steam Library
  2. Choose Properties
  3. Go to the Betas tab
  4. From the dropdown, select ptr-1 (this will trigger an update)
  5. Click Play

To return to the regular version, repeat the steps above but choose None instead of ptr-1.
