Gamepad/Controller support added

Tutorial added on the first play
Upgrade cost rebalanced
Reworked mission system. Now faction reputation will give unique bonuses and there is no requirements for missions.
Picked up power up timer added
Shotgun damage increased
Weaken nerfed
Split fire nerfed
Piercing bullets nerfed
Bug fix: on ship simulator and level 4, small rock's hp was too high.
Bug fix: Collisions adding too much speed to objects
Default ship speed is increased by 20 percent.
Bug fix: pausing in ship simulator breaks the game
Bug fix: Plasma ball kills give no gold
Bug fix: damage upgrade crashes the game
Bug Fix: Ship upgrade grid sometimes allows placing not connecting upgrades
