addedIn the Monster Ate My Mum! quest, after finding the second objective area, one rolls 1d10+90 for an encounter. This was adding the quest's Encounter Modifier, which was not supposed to be added. When rolling for an encounter, the roll plus the encounter modfier plus any roll modifier is supposed to be limited to 100. Instead, it was being limited to to the roll limit (10 in the case of 1d10).
