The entries for Table W Maul and Half Maul were reversed.
Table Q Wrongful Ritual was not handling the end-of-quest test correctly.
During the quest completed test, Table Q Return of the Crown was not testing correctly for the two adventurer rolled encounters. Note that this fix will work unless the quest is started after this fix is published.
