Cyclic Warriors changes
Hi everyone! Today we have a big update for you.
Four new Ultimate Abilities:
Time Distortion
Deploy a bubble that freezes projectiles, allowing you to dodge them!
Super Freeze
Move hundreds of times faster than your opponents!
Dash
With a single button propel yourself in any direction!
Impulse Lock
Like moving fast? Save your velocity, hit it again to return to your previous speed!
Quick melee!
Now you can press F to punch! Deals more damage the faster you are moving, so get some speed and one tap your friends!
New Playstyle!
Steam post image Vicious: Track your enemies in the opposite timeline. Red orbs will follow them. Shoot the orbs to damage them and pull them into your timeline!
New navigation system:
Our new navigation system allows the bots to use all the movement mechanics, allowing them to jump between roofs, climb buildings and wall run to get around quickly! Get ready to see bots flying across the sky! Now they can be a real threat at stealing your power core!
New single player map: Night Survival
You came to try to stop the base from being destroyed, but it was a trap! Survive as long as you can as waves of enemies pursue you, and post your best times on our Discord server! This is also the first single player mission you can jump into with a friend. Put in a password and get them to join, either to help you, or to make surviving a bit more challenging!

Lunar Base Night:
You can also play the standard map on night mode now! Turn off your flashlight with L and sneak in the shadows, or pull the lever, shutting off all the lights!
Two New Grenades:
Rupture
Now deploys a one way forcefield that amps damage of outgoing projectiles.
Bounce Dagger
Deploys a bounce pad to fling you into the air!
Arrogant sword reflects bullets:
Hit alt-fire to go into block mode. It will reflect any lasers, bullets or grenades back to where you are pointing. You cannot run while in block mode.
Time Orbs:
The blue orbs that appear when someone time travels now can be shot. If you shoot an orb it will instantly time travel you, using no cyclic energy. This allows for more depth in combat.
Movement Mechanics improved
-Backwards wall kicks now have an input buffer, making them much more consistent to land. While crouched hit JUMP right before you hit a wall that you are facing to bounce off of it, reversing your velocity. -Added in coyote time when finishing wall running or sliding of of objects, to make movement more consistent and responsive. -Fixed bug where sliding off of objects would sometimes remove your double jump. -Increased wall running angle limit, so you can more easily attach to walls.
Balances:
Using the Arrogant playstyle reduces your shield by half. - Caster deals 5 more damage. - Can charge up Laser Pistol with alt-fire. - Viper deals 22 more damage per body shot. 30 more damage per headshot. Fires hit-scan instead of projectiles, making it more viable long range. - Arrogant viper deals 8 more damage. - Paladin deals 26 more damage when scoped. 6 more damage per pellet when not scoped. Fire rate 0.6 -> 0.75 seconds. More accurate. - Arrogant Paladin fires 2 more pellets and deals 12 more damage per pellet. - Verge gives 8 instead of 9 victory points per kill. - Ghost's projectile speed increased by 50% - Nemesis's projectile speed slowed by 30% - Vortex deals 19 more damage for a body shot, 29 more damage for a headshot. - Guardian deals 5 more damage. - Tribent deals 6 less damage, resulting in it not breaking shields with one body shot. - Timesight now has damage drop off, making it less effective at mid to long range. - Dusk deals 1.8x more damage and is more accurate.
Explosive grenade explosion radius reduced from 1100 -> 1000.
Precise playstyle hacks headshot enemies for 10 seconds instead of 5.
Made easy bots worse at using Ghost, Timesight and Nemesis.
Improvements:
New scope for the Timesight allows you to see into both timelines simultaneously. - Comp CTF: Weapons and money reset when switching sides. New UI elements and sounds to make switching sides clear. - Two new reload animations for the Dusk. - New reload animation for the Ghost and Verge. - New reload animation for the Timesight and Laser Pistol. - New mesh for Timesight. - New skin for Arrogant Timesight, Vortex and Dusk. - New scope HUD for Nemesis, Tribent and Scout. - Command line: Autocomplete with ENTER. Now shows suggested commands while typing. New commands, including setting 1 particular players life/money, and setting points needed for ultimates. - Made CTF comp spawns different for attacking and defending teams, making it much easier to know what team you are on. - Made the speed gage actually a round progress bar, instead of a vertical progress bar.
Fixes:
Can now see teammates outlines while they are invisible. - Fixed a bug where the bots would think they were stuck while returning the power core. - Fixed a bug where the bots would get distracted for long periods of time in CTF. - Fixed a bug where the bots would never loose track of you. - Fixed a bug with the camera guided rocket being glitchy. - Fixed a bug where you could reopen the buy menu and change your playstyle. - Fixed a glitch where two grenades were a different price when you bought and sold them, allowing for money farming. - Fixed a glitch where the laser pistol's sound always played on the server, no matter where the gun was fired from. - Fixed a bug where everyone's ping would just display your Steam icon, instead of their icon. - Fixed a bug with the Tribent's crosshair not reflecting gun inaccuracy.
