Playtest News Update
Bad news and good news, cyberpunk aficionados!
The bad news is the playtest has been delayed into February. The good news is the playtest and demo will have more features than originally planned!
Customizing input such as your city name and your title (CEO, or Boss, or Emperor, fully customizable!), so they show up in NPC dialogue and add a personal touch to your gameplay.
Working on the class and need systems of NPCs so that they feel like a living part of your city, interacting with you, purchasing items, and dialogue that reflects both you, them and the city you're building.
Customizable signs, you can place these almost wherever, and edit the text to fit your liking. NPCs will also mention your venues by any custom name you've set.
Another feature we're happy with, is the SMART lockers. Crafting and automation is a big part of Cyberpunk crafter, so we've created smart-lockers that will auto display the most common item inside the container's inventory, this screenshot here shows scrap metal being projected at the head of the container..
The next two months we'll be working on some new service mechanics such as places for NPCs to eat, a supply/demand system for crafting sellable products, and UI polish!
