CURE - A Hospital Simulator changes
π’ Good Vibes
Your patients have opinions now. Your furniture has stats. And your waiting room can finally stop looking like a disaster. Good Vibes is the biggest quality-of-life drop since launch, here's what changed.
Patient Mood
β Added: Patients now visibly react to how their visit is going.
β Added: Full patient mood system. Push them too far and they walk out. Keep them happy and they tip on the way out.

Waiting Area
β Added: Waiting chairs so patients have somewhere to sit while your team catches up.
β Added: You can now place multiple reception and checkout desks to handle higher patient volume.
- β AddedWe've added a Level 2 Reception Desk and Check out Desk. This drastically decreases the time it takes to perform these actions.
βοΈ Removed: Chair from the checkout desk.
π Changed: Reception desk now speeds up the intake interview.
π Changed: Patients now automatically walk to a waiting chair if reception is full.
π Changed: Intake interviews can now happen at the reception desk or at a waiting chair.
Treatment Beds & Chairs
β Added: Beds and chairs now have a Comfort stat that directly affects patient mood.
β Added: Multiple tiers of beds and chairs. Higher tiers reduce health loss and clean up faster.
β Added: Treatment chairs, so patients can be treated without occupying a bed. Diagnostics still require one.
Decorations
β Added: Backlight to the hospital sign outside.
- β AddedThree new decoration themes to build around: Nordic , Japanese , and Retro .
β Added: Furniture now has a Decor stat that feeds into your overall hospital atmosphere.
Bug Fixes
π¨ Fixed: Crash on load for key item failsafe.
π¨ Fixed: Bed numbers sometimes scrambling around.
π¨ Fixed: Crash on load when save list file is corrupted.
π¨ Fixed: Joining a closed server no longer causes a softlock.
π¨ Fixed: Sounds abruptly stopping if you walked too far away.
π¨ Fixed: Zombies shouldn't moonwalk away from you (as much!)
- π¨ FixedSounds for host not playing when unpacking and placing a new large item
