changedThe demo is not a static piece that wont change after its released. I highly value player feedback, and will continuously incorporate that into the demo with regular updates. This has been the workflow since closed testing started in 2025, and will continue throughout the demo as well as after the game is fully released.

Hi everyone!

With the CS Manager demo releasing tomorrow, I would like to take the opportunity to tell you about how the demo will receive patches.

The demo is not a static piece that wont change after its released. I highly value player feedback, and will continuously incorporate that into the demo with regular updates. This has been the workflow since closed testing started in 2025, and will continue throughout the demo as well as after the game is fully released.

However, too many patches can be overwhelming, and many prefer to have a playthrough without things changing too much during. Therefore the CS Manager demo will have two different branches:

Main branch

This is the default branch, and will at most receive updates once a week, but often less frequently than that. This is for those who prefer a smooth experience without interruptions. You are on this branch automatically when you install the demo, and do not need to take any action to stay on it.

Unstable branch

This branch will receive several updates per week. This is the branch for you if you want to see the newest features of the game, and have access to all the latest developments. This does come with the tradeoff that there is a higher risk of bugs.

To switch to the unstable branch, right click on the CS Manager demo in your library, then click on properties.

In the window that opens, go to Game Versions & Betas, and choose the unstable branch. You can use the same method to switch back to the default branch,

If you want to give feedback to CS Manager and have your say in how the game develops, I highly recommend joining our Discord. All comments left in the Steam forums are also being read discord.com/invite/H5ZGpVeAFF

Until next time!
