Crystal Comet changes
Crystal Comet 0.96.26.11:
FUN STUFF:
Made mine boss more fun xD. Now it fires more projectiles. Yay.
Changed main menu when 'first' ever loading the game as I feel this tells a better story. Will not appear if have already beaten the game.
ANNOYING BUGS AND STUFF:
Made it so that P1 HuD location in game is top left, P2 location is top right, P3 is bottom left etc as this was highly requested.
Fixed minor bug with robot boss related to enemy spawners entering destroyed state when not supposed to. You're in trouble now... Ahh it's not that bad. Promise...
Fixed minor bug where bone boss would go too far off-screen.
Fixed a bug where magic boss would go too far off-screen, which I thought was already fixed. Still needs some work but will get back to it.
Fixed minor bug where bone mini-boss would go too far off-screen. Think I'm starting to notice a pattern here..
Fixed minor bug where screen displays in random mode menu where not displaying certain players choices of character in 2-4 player modes.
Fixed a bug where backing out of the "launching" display during random mode would cause the AI not to select a character.
Fixed an issue where setting a button input to "Press left stick" or "Press right stick" would cause the text to run past the menu. It now displays "L3" or "R3" respectively.
Changed the way dropping in and dropping out works slightly. It wasn't really a bug but I changed menu items to use state machines as opposed to just if statements which solved various issues but remembering them all might be a problem..
Fixed optimisation by 0.001%. Just kidding, I don't how much by.
THE WORST KIND OF BUGS:
Fixed bug which causes a crash when a controller is disconnected... Don't need that in local co-op games now do we? Thanks to csh_picone for finding that one 8).
Fixed bug where crash occurred when backing out of countdown when in random mode after selecting characters in multiplayer. Thanks again picone. xD.
NEXT WEEK ON REWDAN HATES BUGS:
Fix some more minor issues with remapping controls, such as multi-key assignment. Remind me to never code my own controller remapping scheme ever again.
Add steam achievements and tie to in game achievement system... One day.
