addedThe demo for Crush The Rebellion! has just received a much needed update, containing some of the features and improvements mentioned in the development update a few weeks ago. The update also comes with some new features and a number of smaller bugfixes and improvements.
changedThe most noteworthy of these other features is the achievement progress tracking. While achievements are not a feature of the demo, their progress will now be (silently) tracked, which will allow them to be unlocked upon purchasing the full game (so long as the requirements were met while playing the demo).
addedAdded new pickups and bonuses Bullet Time - when activated, time is slowed for a short while, allowing the player to more easily dodge incoming projectiles Call Imperial Squadron - when activated, a squadron from the Imperial fleet is called to aid the player for a time
addedAdded new particles for when weapon projectiles hit an object

fixedFixed an old bug where the player would reappear in the menu when quitting after losing a life
