The balance adjustments are now mostly complete; however, during internal testing we determined that some items require additional verification.

This patch includes not just simple numerical tweaks but changes that affect the overall play experience, so we felt it would be better to take a little more time to refine it.

Accordingly, the balance patch scheduled for next week will be postponed by about one week.

We sincerely apologize to the Captains who have been waiting, and we will do our very best in this final review to deliver a more satisfying result.

We will share the details of the changes again along with the patch notes.
