We're PUMPED to announce the release of version 1.1 for Cropolution!
Here are all the changes you can expect to see:
New Content:
Island Debris (sticks, rocks, moss, bones, barkworm skin) - to be used for crafting. (Spawns randomly around the island each morning.)
Garbage Can (mostly for debris, or if you want to get rid of something rather than sell it for some reason.
Recycle Center (basically a crafting center.) In it: (so far) you can craft:
Paths (bone, cobblestone, wood, and stone.)
Bone tower
Mulch (another way to earn some $ in the early game.)
Scientist NPC (with LOTS of dialogue. He always has funny stories to tell, but his dialogue is context sensitive, so his dialouge will change with your progress and based on what activities he's doing around the island. Plus, he serves as a tutorial for new save files.)
Quality of Life Updates:
You can move EVERY building/item in the game now (except the museum.)
Non-Tile items have a visual indicator letting you know whether you can place them or not.
The bug net is less frustrating to use now, as obstacles won't stop you from casting it now.
Visual Changes
Updated the grass tiles to have a more textured look
Updated the water to better suit the game
Added some shoreline foam around the island in the water.
Fixed some icon artifacts in the museum recipes icons.
Added some particles to the mushrooms when you walk over them.
Bug Fixes
Rain particles should now fit properly on ultra wide monitors
Fixed a bug where the interact popup wouldn't go away if you interacted with 2 objects that were too close together.
Fixed a particularly tricky-to-find bug that sometimes didn't fire events properly if you exited the museum donation center.
There's more on the roadmap! And We're super eager to release v 1.2 when it's ready! Hope you enjoy the updates!
