Younger sister of Imelda. She studied theater and acting and had many minor roles in some television series. Her career was on the rise until it was abruptly halted following her refusal to engage sexually with a producer in exchange for a leading role. Since that day, Monique has encountered only closed doors. She begins a path as a scam artist, leveraging her acting skills and disguises. Throughout this time, she remains in constant contact with her older sister.

Monique is the intellectual of the group, highly educated, she reads extensively. She has traveled extensively. She doesn't trust people much, fearing they might always deceive or betray her. She enjoys when her merits are recognized, likes receiving compliments. She also enjoys boasting, even though she knows it might make her seem unpleasant, although she doesn't worry about it much. She doesn't care much about others' judgment of her. She plans the bank heists. She's terrible with weapons, has poor aim, yet she always uses assault rifles. Monique tends to protect the other girls in the gang. She can be somewhat intrusive in their lives, especially in Amina's life. Monique considers Amina an irresponsible loose cannon, yet she cares deeply for her.
