Creeping Dusk changes
Campaign overhaul
Campaign has been split into 3 parts (locations)
Blueprints from previous location are available in the next one from start
Separate location for endless mode has been added
Complete re-balancing
Amount of XP required to earn upgrade points on higher levels has been reduced
Exploration - Chance to find a PoI in the fog has been increased - Number of cells explored with Explore card has been increased to 2 (3 for Explorer)
- Ossuary and altars - Amount of skulls required by altars has been reduced - Altar buffsAltar - Bounty, Altar - Repair, Altar - Anatomy - Skull price has been increased to 2 gold
Upgrades - Town Gate upgrades now reduce repair cost during the day - Immobilizing Shot, Searing Shot, Explosive Formula upgrades now become active immediately, no need to purchase them in the Laboratory - Buffs: Searing Shot, Explosive Formula, Spikes
- In-game Upgrades - Prices are reduced forLaboratory and its upgrades, Library and its upgrades, Town Gate upgrades, Spikes, Last Resort, Mortar Tower specs, Raised Platform - Laboratory - Burn upgrade has been buffed and no longer scales with Cannon Tower damage
Some of the monster changes - Bosses are less tanky but have more speed and deal more damage - Overall buffs: Arsonist, Ghoul, Archer, Bomber, Arbalist - Overall nerfs: Glutton, Battering Ram, Knight - Auras: Dissipation aura has been buffed, Protection aura has been nerfed
Steam cloud saves
Game progress is now saved to Steam cloud and can be transferred between machines as well as between Windows and Linux
Fixes & Improvements
General - Frame rate drops caused by some of the assets being lazy-loaded for the first time are fixed - Altars now show an indicator when an upgrade becomes available - Number of upgrade points has been made always visible on the Upgrades screen - Purchasing a defense tower upgrade requiring population now shows "-X population" text above the Gold Mine - Searing shot now has its own unique battle text - Result screen has been animated - Status card - game speed translation issue has been fixed - Issue with XP bar getting stuck at full for a moment after receiving an upgrade point has been fixed - Treasure I PoI battle text position has been fixed - Flag height of a defense tower on a raised platform has been fixed
Sound - New sounds: tree destruction, double gold drop (Luck Totem), Tactician reward, 2nd repair sound, Refinery upgrade, Armory upgrade, Laboratory upgrade, Library upgrade, Watch Tower shooter upgrade, Cannon Tower upgrade, Mortar Tower upgrade - Sounds moved to 3D space: tree sounds, PoI sounds, demolish sound, exploration sound, gate reinforce and repair, building sounds, gold sounds
Achievements
Role-based achievements are now granted for completing any location for specific role
Tower-based achievements are now granted for defeating Titan using specific tower, you can use any tower for monsters other than Titan
