Cosmorists changes
It's been quite a while since the last update, and this is one that finally adds maps to the game, a feature common in other games like this one! It's a mostly minor update for anything not related to maps.
Revealing maps!
A greater sense of mystery has been added to the boundaries of your exploration after the spaceship is repaired! Note: Existing saves will automatically have the map unlocked regardless if the spaceship is repaired. Since the game didn't save which chunks have been explored before the update, existing saves will initially have empty maps, even in already explored regions. For new saves, it'll be locked and inaccessible until the player has repaired the spaceship, where a map icon flashes green at the bottom right corner of the screen to grab your attention, intended to let players know about the unlocked map!
New tool animations!
Although this update focuses mainly on maps, this update has also tweaked the tool swinging animation for pickaxes, swords, and axes! (Same GIFs from LIC (Latest In Cosmorists) Apr 2025)
