changed🔧 FixesTool specials now hit the thing you aimed at, with full power. Previously, your target only took one normal hit while the shockwave did the real work. The Pickaxe special is now a powerful slam followed by two aftershocks. The Axe special lands 10 hits during its spin with a chop sound for each hit, and special damage now varies slightly per strike.
fixed🔧 FixesStanley's lost package quest can't loop forever anymore. Failed cutscenes now retry when you re-enter the area, and saves that were already stuck are repaired automatically when loaded.
fixed🔧 FixesFixed the day-one softlock caused by talking to the dog while another message was open.
fixed🔧 FixesThe world can't silently freeze anymore. Villagers, animals, and pets could stop moving after an area change (mostly on Deck). The pathfinding map now rebuilds itself if it fails, and stuck cutscene actors snap to their destination instead of freezing the scene.
fixed🔧 FixesCutscene characters face each other properly now , including walk-in conversations and the chicken coop pile-up.
fixed🔧 FixesHotbar rows cycle with Q and Z. Scroll-up lost its default key when the tool dial claimed Tab in 10.3. Both directions are back, and custom bindings are unaffected.

🔧 Fixes

  • Tool specials now hit the thing you aimed at, with full power. Previously, your target only took one normal hit while the shockwave did the real work. The Pickaxe special is now a powerful slam followed by two aftershocks. The Axe special lands 10 hits during its spin with a chop sound for each hit, and special damage now varies slightly per strike.

  • Stanley's lost package quest can't loop forever anymore. Failed cutscenes now retry when you re-enter the area, and saves that were already stuck are repaired automatically when loaded.

  • Fixed the day-one softlock caused by talking to the dog while another message was open.

  • The world can't silently freeze anymore. Villagers, animals, and pets could stop moving after an area change (mostly on Deck). The pathfinding map now rebuilds itself if it fails, and stuck cutscene actors snap to their destination instead of freezing the scene.

  • Cutscene characters face each other properly now, including walk-in conversations and the chicken coop pile-up.

  • Hotbar rows cycle with Q and Z. Scroll-up lost its default key when the tool dial claimed Tab in 10.3. Both directions are back, and custom bindings are unaffected.

  • The Controls menu now shows every action, even unbound ones. You can bind any action to any key. The P key works again, and Slash, Insert, Home, End, Page Up, and Page Down are now bindable.

  • Hotbar scrolling no longer stutter-steps your movement while using keyboard controls.

  • The Auto Tool learned the Brush, the Milker, and Munger's Water Bowl.

  • Tool vibration is back, with its own Settings toggle (enabled by default) under the main rumble option.

  • The title screen's "What's New" now shows the last five updates, with hotfixes displayed in smaller print.

  • Inventory icons no longer grow as you click and move items around.

  • The Fishing Catcher can no longer show an empty "Caught!" slot that gives nothing.

  • Tool and weapon specials now hit the target you charged at, not wherever your mouse drifted.

  • Pets stopped bolting across rooms indoors.

  • Screen Shake and Softer Colors toggles in Settings. Turn off all camera shake or tone down color saturation for anyone sensitive to motion or bright colors.

🗡️ Balance

  • Bosses have real health pools now. The Squid Boss was dying too fast for brand-new players. Health has been tuned for each boss, while the first Spider remains the most forgiving. Deep Mine enemies also hit harder the deeper you go.

  • CookingThe General Store always stocks a Cooking Pot until you own one. Three starter recipes are now unlocked by default (including existing saves). Cooked meals grant a Haste buff when eaten. Fried Eggs no longer sell for less than raw eggs, and cooked dish prices have been reduced from a hidden 7× ingredient value to 2.5× .
  • FishingThe introductory fishing questline (bait, rod, and first catch) is now enabled. Mr. Fuji gives you 15 worms instead of 3. Fish bites pulse the controller, setting the hook has a stronger kick, and successful catches now get a satisfying pop and chime.
  • Slime now works in the Compost Bin as a source of potassium.

🌍 Translations

  • Corrected lines across Korean, Traditional Chinese, Russian, Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Greek, Thai, Swedish, Indonesian, and Spanish. This includes mangled words, incorrect item names, and proper full-width punctuation for Traditional Chinese. The key rebinding menu is now fully translated in all 30 languages.
