While speedrunners and hardcore platformer fans like the unforgiving nature of deaths in Converter, other players often needed a bit of help, mainly in the immenseness of the Dry Spell. Well, a healthy compromise have been introduced.
addedIn the middle of the Dry Spell players can now occasionally use the Manual Save Point (MSP ingame) to ensure their respawn location after dying would be at the optimal distance from the majority of puzzles in that zone. After saving the game using MSP its cooldown time is 10 minutes if you are any level of Beta, and 5 minutes if you are any level of Alpha (because even virtual alien nature favors the strong), so plan your saves accordingly. The MSP will be shown to player upon collecting the Strength orb right after entering the Dry Spell.

Mayor (non-tenet) story cutscenes now save your game as well upon completion, so you won't have to watch them again in case you die shortly after them.
Aiming circular marker now works with Soyospheres as well
