Characters
Jumping Boggies now wait for the player to move first before jumping, consistent with other AI behavior.
Spawners
Reduced initial delays to 75% of existing values (the addition of the particle telegraphing before each spawn made them easier to counter by adding an additional flat delay).

BUG FIXES
Characters
Enemies no longer revert to idle animation after getting trapped in a hole when coming from Spawners or Trampolines.
Mean Boggies no longer have a chance to get shot into the sky after getting hit by Crowbar or Minecart on a level featuring a moving camera.

Tools
No longer stack expiration sounds when used or replaced.
Levels
The Life Token now spawns correctly on the level Butterfingers.
Removed erroneous secret from the level Your Worst Nightmare.

No longer have a chance to spawn an extra enemy past the onscreen cap.
UI
Challenge fail notification will no longer erroneously trigger after the player has already reached the exit door & completed the challenge.
After purchasing Life Tokens from Pedro's Shop, once the icon plays its animation, your Pocket Item visual returns immediately. It is intended behavior that Life Token purchases do not overwrite held Pocket Items.
