This is a patch from 1.9.0 addressing a handful of minor issues users encountered:
BUG FIX: Lair Challenges could only be failed once for an entire session
BUG FIX: Loot was not dropping in Lairs
BUG FIX: Achievements were not displaying properly
BUG FIX: Admin data accidentally saved
