Lingerie Trader, Palace Morning & What Comes Next

The next update brings one of the features many of you have been waiting for: the Lingerie Trader is finally entering the game.

With this update, another major Roadmap item is moving from “planned” to “completed.” Together with the Skill Tree, this means two important progression and customization features are now in place. From here, our goal is to return to faster and more frequent updates, adding more lingerie sets, tattoos, outfit improvements, armor reworks, and other smaller features step by step.

This update is not only about adding a new shop. It also gives you a new way to style your characters, take better screenshots, build your party’s visual identity, and enjoy the palace atmosphere in a very different light.

Let’s walk through what is coming.

Lingerie Trader is Here

Lucieta, who already handles costume purchases, is now also the first lingerie trader in the game.

There is one important difference: lingerie sets are purchased with Emeralds, similar to decorative items, rather than regular gold.

Since these pieces are highly visual by nature, we did not want the system to feel like a simple “buy an icon and hope it looks good” feature. So we built the trader flow around visual previews.

When you browse lingerie, you can see preview images before buying, compare how each piece looks, and make a clearer choice before spending your Emeralds.

For this update, six lingerie sets have been added: Embroidered Silk, Queen of Hearts, Midnight Jewel, Gold Gilded, Delicate Butterfly, Ottoman Bond

This is only the starting selection. Now that the trader, currency flow, preview setup, item logic, and equipment behavior are in place, we can expand the lingerie collection much more easily in future updates.

Our plan is to keep adding new sets more frequently from here.

Lingerie in Character Creation

Lingerie sets are not limited to the trader screen.

You can also use them while shaping your character in the character creation and customization screens, just like costumes and armor. This means you can preview your character with different lingerie sets, adjust her appearance around them, and take cleaner screenshots directly from the creation scene.

We also fixed several eyeliner alternatives in the makeup section that were not displaying correctly before. Character customization should now feel cleaner and more reliable, especially when you are preparing close-up screenshots or fine-tuning your character’s face.

Some of you may have missed this, so here is a small reminder: you can press Z to hide the UI in character customization. The shortcut is shown at the bottom of the screen, but it is easy to overlook. With the UI hidden, the customization screen can already work as a simple photo mode for character shots.

This part of the feature is still early. The current poses and screenshot behavior are placeholders, and we want to improve them later with better posing options, cleaner presentation, and more control. We also want to make it possible to preview armor properly even while nudity is enabled.

For now, though, lingerie already gives character creation a much stronger visual purpose, especially for players who enjoy designing and photographing their characters.

Dress the Whole Party

The lingerie system is not only for the main character.

You can now dress your entire party in lingerie sets and continue playing with that look during exploration and combat. This includes companions, which means your party can have a much more unified or stylized appearance depending on how you want to present them.

There was also a very nice surprise while integrating the system: lingerie can remain visible together with armor pieces.

That means you can combine more revealing or elegant armor designs with lingerie details underneath. For example, you can pair your favorite armor with sheer thigh-high stockings, lace details, delicate straps, or other visible lingerie elements and take that look into the world.

This gives outfit customization more depth than we originally expected from the first version. Instead of lingerie being only a separate “costume layer,” it can also become part of your adventure look.

You can also use the pose menu with your companions and take group screenshots with the full party. The pose system itself is still temporary and will be improved later, but even in its current state, it should give you more room to create character-focused screenshots.

A New Morning in the Palace

This update also changes the mood of the palace in a big way.

As Sultan mentioned at the beginning, your character spends the daytime blending into palace life among the concubines, while the more dangerous work happens at night during missions. Until now, the palace atmosphere has mostly leaned into evening and interior lighting, but with this update, the sun finally rises over the palace.

You will now begin the day in a new palace setting, with softer morning light, warmer interiors, and a much better environment for screenshots.

This may sound like a small atmospheric change, but it affects the whole feeling of the game. The palace is not just a menu space or a place between missions. It is becoming a more important part of the fantasy: a place where your character belongs, prepares, poses, rests, and slowly becomes part of the world around her.

The morning lighting also makes lingerie, costumes, skin tones, hair colors, and armor materials read much more clearly. If you enjoy taking screenshots, this update should give you a much better space to do it.

Roadmap Progress & Looking Ahead

We were hoping to place a third checkmark on the Roadmap with tattoos in this update as well. But unfortunately, tattoos need a little more time and will move to the next update instead.

Our current plan is to keep the next updates smaller, faster, and more frequent. We are aiming for updates in the range of one to two weeks whenever possible, especially for features like new lingerie sets, tattoos, visual improvements, and other customization additions.

We know many of you are also waiting for full controller support. We have not forgotten about it. The reason we are not moving to that immediately is that full controller support is a much larger task and would likely block new updates for at least a month and a half.

So the current plan is simple: first, deliver a period of faster updates with visible new content and improvements. After that, we will return to longer development tasks such as a new level, full controller support, and other larger systems that need more uninterrupted time.

This update is an important step for Concubine’s customization side.

The Lingerie Trader is now in the game. Emerald-based lingerie purchases are working. Preview images are in place. The first six sets are ready. The palace now has a new morning atmosphere. Character creation supports lingerie presentation. Companions can wear the sets too. And lingerie can even be combined visually with armor for more layered looks.

It is a strong foundation, and we are excited to build on it quickly.

Thank you for your patience while we put these systems together properly. We know some features take longer than expected, but we would rather release them in a state that feels useful, expandable, and worth returning to.
