New Boost Potions + Active Clicker Feature | v2.4.00

This update adds new Steam Inventory consumable boost items, a major daily challenge rework, improved incubators, active clicker tracking, expanded dry streak tracking, UI improvements, outage recovery improvements, and more.

New Steam Inventory Consumables

Three new consumable boost items have been added as Steam Inventory items:

• Pet Luck Boost

• Player EXP Boost

• Hatch Speed Boost

Each boost lasts 15 minutes when activated.

Boost Effects

• Pet Luck Boost: 2x pet luck while active

• Player EXP Boost: 2x player EXP while active

• Hatch Speed Boost: 2x in-game hatch speed boost, plus an additional 25% hatch speed bonus on top

These items are stored in the Steam Inventory system!

Pet Luck Just Got More Interesting

Dry streak tracking has been expanded for each individual egg rarity.

The game now tracks both:

• Best streaks

• Worst dry streaks

These streaks are tracked per rarity, making pet luck, rare drops, and long-term RNG progress much more interesting to follow.

Pet luck got a whole lot more interesting!

Rare RNG Drops

Boost items can also drop from RNG while playing:

• Boost Items: 1 / 2,500,000

• Egg Catalyst: 1 / 25,000,000

These rates may look rare, but with enough clicking across the community, they can trigger more often than you might expect. 😜

Daily Challenges Reworked

Daily challenges have been reworked!

There are now 30 random daily challenges per day, selected from a list of 110 different challenges.

Daily challenge rewards now include:

• 1 Pet Luck Boost

• 1 Player EXP Boost

• 1 Hatch Speed Boost

• 1 Egg Catalyst

I will continue watching feedback and may adjust challenge rewards, drop rates, and balance as needed. Probably doubling or tripling daily boosts.

Server Outage Recovery Improvements

I am testing some major changes to improve the game experience during server outages and connection issues.

Players will now automatically reconnect/restart when an outage occurs, instead of getting stuck waiting with no clear recovery.

I am also testing a new system that allows players to queue clicks during server outages.

You will not hatch eggs while the server is unavailable, but you should be able to keep clicking and build up queued progress.

For example, if you stack up 1,000,000 queued clicks, once the server is back online, the game can process that progress and roll the proper amount of eggs/shards from those clicks.

That may result in a lot of shards, but hey — at least you are still progressing 😂

You should also still receive player EXP and hatch progress from queued clicks, though hatch progress will likely only apply to the egg that is currently hatching.

There will still be limitations, but the goal is simple:

Even during connection issues, you should be able to keep stacking progress instead of feeling completely stuck.

Incubator Improvements

Incubator labels have been reworked to make hatch progress easier to read.

The Egg Incubator DLC now improves idle incubator hatch speed by 25%, on top of your current in-game boosted hatch rate.

Settings + UI Improvements

• Fixed the text glow performance setting

• Added a button pulse animation toggle setting

• Reworked the settings layout

• Improved the drop log layout

• Added new drop log preference settings

• Reworked incubator labels

New Active Clicker Tracking

Community Button now tracks live active clicker stats!

You can now see:

• The current number of active clickers

• The top 5 active clickers with privacy turned off

This adds another live community layer to the game while still respecting player privacy settings.
