We're happy to announce that we have released a new content update with build v0.3.0. Here are the changes.
New Content
Major improvements to ship death animations and effects.
3 new combat environments.
5 new encounters.
3 new augments.
Added rare upgraded versions of most augments.
Misc Updates
Added option to take metal instead of an augment in combat rewards.
Tweaked wording on taking metal instead of a card in combat rewards.
Charged Laser Strike card now shows a status.
Goblin Drones now intercept missiles that would have missed.
Balance Changes
Increased Continuator+ cap to 5 Heavy Blasts.
Rebalanced augment pricing.
Anchorite Inquisitor has more drones and now drops an augment like other elites.
Small deck tweaks to Pirate Scavenger, Super Vulcan, Conglomerate Regulator, Invictus, Punitor, Peacemaker, and Anchroite Regulator, generally making these fights slightly more dangerous.
Tweaks on some of the boss fights, generally making them slightly easier:
Reduced hull strength of Big Kicker in sector 2
Removed 1 Goblin Drone from Phalanx in sector 3
Removed evasion card from Hostile Takeover
Downgraded some Vulcan+ cards to regular Vulcans on the final boss
