Full Release is fast approaching, so let’s see what you can expect in the full version of Codex Mortis:
STORY MODE, revitalized - updating graphic of EVERY map in the game
Everything from current Discord beta - 200 skills, 10 schools (including the five new ones), and the Mutation System
Mutations and synergies, completed across the entire roster - plus a full skill balance pass.
A wave of new playable heroes
APOCRYPHA - the 2nd chapter of the story campaign - finished and complete.]

So what’s new in beta:
Five NEW schools of magic join the originals:
Harvest - the scythe made law. Sweeping melee and wide AoE reaping.
Death Knight - heavy melee in cursed steel. Cleaves, ripostes, and thundering charges.
Spiritism - spirit turrets, totems, urns, and circles. Battlefield control and summons.
Desolation - a desert plague. Sand specters, shifting zones, and creeping decay over time.
Apothecary - dark alchemy. Elixirs, potions, transmutation, and blight that buff, debilitate, and scale your power.
The Mutation System. Branching upgrades that twist your skills mid-run and bend a build into something new. 46 skills already pre-existing, with more coming.

23 more skills already visible but not yet purchasable - 10 Summoning and 13 Curses.
