-Fixed Enemy AOE bug that was preventing them from dealing damage -Fixed Rune Crit Mult staying applied even when changing classes -Fixed the value Rune Crit was giving 2500 -> 25 -Changed Astral Power added base damage to a Damage multiplier -Changed Crit Damage talent to a multiplier -Fixed a display bug in Ascend menu for shard cost change -Increased the Medal Mult base charm multiplier so its no longer trash -Fixed a Blue shard multiplier that was adding -Fixed an math library issue that could result in a number not having the correct exponent for > < calculations -Increased the distance you can be from waypoint before it triggers enemy spawns -Increased the speed you can travel in library + added code to attempt to detect when stuck -Changed how stats are refreshed on client and be more responsive -Added a rune to Nomad that decreases cooldown times -Changed Basic Attack rune on nomad that now casts Spear Toss on hit -Fixed a null that was spamming console when talent screen was open
