Version 1.03 New - Added a leveling and upgrade system. - Enemies now grant slightly variable EXP based on their threat profile. - Added an EXP and level tracker to the in-level HUD. - Added upgrades with stackable boosts: - Damage - Speed - Max HP - Jump - Fire Rate - Drop Rate - Enemy HP Balance - The first level-up lands at roughly 10 kills. - Later level thresholds scale upward from about 20, 30, and beyond. - Most upgrades stack at roughly 5% per pick. - Drop Rate scales faster than combat stats so the low base medkit chance remains noticeable.
