removedFirst, for our Alpha players, we’ll be completely wiping your account. Your rank, ELO, collection and inventory should all be removed and replaced with the starter deck and cards. Like everyone else, you’ll begin from scratch and this will be the start of your proper Chrono journey. We will no longer be wiping accounts after Beta Launch.
changedAlong with that, we’ll be shutting down the game servers and locking you out hours prior to Beta launch. Launch is scheduled for 12pm CST/6pm UTC. During this time, you’ll be prevented from logging in at the login screen and kicked out of the game. In the event that you are able to remain in the game either in the main menus or in a match, we ask that you close the game to avoid any issues when we reboot and reset your account. During this downtime, we’ll begin sending out emails with your codes for rewards from supporting the game. In the event that you do not receive your rewards within the first 24 hours of Day 1, please reach out to us. You can find us on Discord on our official server or you can email us at support@chronoccg.com .
