Hello everyone!
First, we want to thank everyone for playing our game and giving us so much feedback! We are very appreciative of all the bugs and issues that are being reported so we can improve the experience.
We have worked really hard to iron out a lot of issues that many players have pointed out. So, let's get started on what's new for version 1.0.3:
Changes:
Updated spike traps, increased visibility and added animation delay when stepped on.
Adjusted spike trap locations, and removed many in multiple rooms
Adjusted bullet crab to have rotation speed instead of snapping to their target (you are the target)
Adjusted bullet crab shockwave only triggering when player is within range
Adjusted the Warden's healing from 100% to 50%
Added bones automatically being picked up when leaving the room
Reduced the hitbox when a crocodile resurfaces when it does its burrow attack
Removed all colliders on dead ravens in the nest, you can walk through them AND shoot through them now (sorry for that one)
Relics now stay equipped between runs, no more having to run to the relic shop real quick!
Frog legs and croc legs do not slow you down (we know they're not very popular)
Gecko legs reduced puddle count from 8 to 5 (sorry gecko leg enjoyers)
We also adjusted the hitboxes for our core gameplay:
Increased range of core head hitbox
Increased range of core arms hitbox
Increased range of croc head hitbox
Increased range of wolf arms hitbox
Increased range of rhino arms hitbox
Bugfixes:
Fixed Achievements: Snap N' Slap, Graftless, and ABOMINATION (sorry to all of you who feel robbed)
Fixed the limb swap menu not showing a keybind for Scrapping limbs
Fixed glow on hover for keyboard and mouse in the trinket menu
Fixed head healthbar UI defaulting to white after a cutscene
Fixed bullet crab sometimes getting stuck and animation locked after being attacked or hit by a trap (he gets a little nervous)
Fixed limb swap menu inputs
Fixed pick up prompts not popping up when approaching Raven or pick ups
Fixed AMALGAMATION cutscene not triggering after defeating it (we think, please let us know if it's fixed)
Fixed some lore drop text not properly placed within the sprites
Fixed shop bone scaling from 1.5x to 1.3x per floor (break the pots will you?!)
We are aware of other issues within the game and are working hard to address them and create other quality of life updates.
