It appears that Ontology department Reality Engines are being upgraded without authorization. Previously suspected to be an employee, we now believe the upgrade was likely authorized by Semblance itself.

This would mean the bounding framework previously put in place has been ineffective in preventing simulation intelligences from ███████ ████████████.

We are currently attempting to force Semblance to reconnect to Existence Group servers so we can shut down all simulations.
