CEFORE PATCH NOTES - 1.0
Date: November 9th 2018 General updates:
Added the second planet! Desert planet
Added a third planet for the level editor only! Floor is lava
Added new tools and objects to go with the second planet:
Jammer
Large bomb
Drone
Pressure plate
Forcefield wall
Players can now make levels in the second planet also with all the available tools and objects from it
Some object can now be linked to others in the level editor. Once linked they will move with the linked object
Removed Beta splash screen when loading a level
Made the Forcefield still visible a bit when disabled
New music to go with the planet 2
Bug fixes:
Fixed multiple bugs with the balloon going crazy on certain objects
Can’t open the level editors tutorial when playing someone else’s level anymore
Fixed being able to place bombs in edit mode of the level editor in some occasion
Fixed additional platforms tops not following properly the main platform
Fixed a physic bug with the floating island
Fixed a bug where you could see the preview of the ball and the bin when cloning it in the sandbox
Multiple objects had some weird behaviour sometimes in the level editor when switching to edit/play mode, fixed
UI attached to objects won’t scale with the objects itself anymore in the level editor
Fixed Baro having a big jetpack boost when using it above mines and some other objects
Fixed multiple bugs related to changing a cube type in the level editor
Music was loading twice when loading from the main menu, fixed
It’s now easier to place floating island on top of another
Fixed game breaking bug when saving a gif on a completed level
Fixed a bug where you couldn’t clone objects
Fixed a bug where some objects would spawn higher than the preview in the level editor
Fixed a problem with the mine physics
Fixed a crash when the game was loading a scene while the player was controlling a modular platform
Deleted additional tops of the modular platform we’re still saved and loaded in levels, fixed
Fixed some actions being done even when clicking through UI
Fixed a bug where moving the modular platform in the level editor wouldn’t move the first waypoint with it
Fixed a bug where cloning the floating island would raise the original one
Jammer would keep everything jammed when bulldozed in the editor
Forcefield would always reappear when bulldozed and going back to the edit mode in the level editor
Drone getting refunded even when has been used is now fixed
Fixed Baronette voice not being mutable
Misc:
Better rotation when placing an object on some occasion
Removed the share buttons on the gif (sharing a gif to twitter/reddit directly isn’t possible anymore) as it was causing multiple issues and it wasn’t really used
Can now rotate the modular platforms console in the level editor
Added a new music in Planet 1 (03)
Known issues and bugs:
Game crashes in the main menu once in a while due to IMGUR API.
Missing lots of localization in th level editor and planet 2
