addedAll that being said, the new demo has been released, and you get to play a decent portion of the game in the state it will be released in, more or less, while some minor tweaks might be done to make sure the game is as bug free as possible upon release.
addedGo play the new demo, and you will see this is not the same game using the old systems and game loop as before, and I think it is a MAJOR improvement. There are a few games that were a big inspiration for Cavernreach, and I think I have achieved Cavernreach being in the same vein as them, to the best of my solo-dev ability.
addedCheck out the new demo and let me know what you think. Thanks again to everyone who has played or will play the game. You are all much appreciated!

The game is now nearing the final phase, getting very near to completion. The very end is being done right now, and then some polish passes will be done to make sure everything works smoothly.

Thanks to everyone who has supported my endeavor of creating this game. What initially was planned for a few months of work, has evolved into over a year and a half of building this game out to what it has become, which is much more than the initial scope.
