New Uni stage!

• Added rails to simplify navigation in the first cart stage

• Added variable-pitch sound effects for collectible pickups

Bug fixes:

• Removed camera rotation smoothing for more responsive controls.

• Fixed many mounting issues

• Fixed an issue where dismounting a skateboard could incorrectly stop player momentum.
