Cascade Tactics changes
Cataphract
Defensive melee unit with abilities that can buff units around him. Has the abilities that Knight's Gauntlet was granting.

Steam post image Defend: Replaces Wait. Gain bonus Block until the following turn. Steam post image Bash: Deal unblockable physical damage to adjacent target. 50% of damage is also inflicted to self. Steam post image Protect: Increase the Block of units around the caster Developer Note: I was tired of melee units having to turn around to cast this, so I changed it to affect units around the caster. Steam post image Battlecry: Increase the Strength, Speed, and Move of units around the caster Always Counter: This passive upgrade allows Cataphract to always counter an attack even if he does did not block it.
Knight's Gauntlet Changes
Knight's Gauntlet renamed to Cataphract's Gauntlet.
Bash ability has been added to each tier of Cataphract's Gauntlet.
New item, Cataphract's Armor, can be created from Cataphract's Gauntlet++ and grants this job.
New Abilities
Ninja
Sand Throw: and Throw Reduce target's Accuracy by 3. Target regains it the next time he uses Wait. Shuriken: Throw projectile to deal a small amount of physical damage to target. Quick Attack: Use weapon to attack with reduced damage, but if the attack is successful progress attacker's next turn by 40% Sorcerer
Plague: Deal damage to a location. 50% of the damage is added as Disease. Disease self-damages unit when he attacks, is spread by attacks, and can be removed by using Wait. Berserk: Target gains Strength equal to 40% of the caster's Magic. Target immediately stops any action, cannot use abilities, and cannot be controlled. Magic Shell: Target will take no damage from the next spell he receives. Necromancer
Blight: Target unit will always take damage instead of healing. Wither: Deal a small amount of damage to an area periodically. Any damage dealt to living units is given to the caster as HP when he returns as a Skeleton Knight. Command Undead: Issue a command to a target ally or enemy undead unit. No Cast time. Ice Mage
Ice Fall: Deal damage periodically to two adjacent locations Pyromancer
Fireball: Cast a projectile spell at target location periodically. Projectile has reduced Accuracy. Rogue
Advanced Combo: Choose another physical action. Periodically execute the action. Similar to Combo but does not default to Weapon. Can be used with actions like Shuriken, Bash, Aim. Paladin
Purge: Remove all status effects from target unit (except those he gained at the start of the battle) Rift Mage
Transfer: Move all channeled status effects of one unit to another Enchanter
Mimic: Copy all actions target is casting or channeling Geomancer
Petrify: Prevent Target from progressing toward his turn. Target cannot Block and cannot take damage. Silencer
Delay: Delay target unit's turn as well as any action he is trying to execute. Amount is based on caster's Focus. Job Changes
Summon Skeleton Archer now reduces the caster's HP when cast. (Now that Necromancer has much more utility he no longer needs such an strong ability).
Removed HP Absorb Upgrade from Necromancer (but he has gained some ability upgrades)
Slight nerfs to Necromancer stats
Sentinel HP nerfed (so high it was annoying)
Lancer gains Physical Resistance upgrade
Geomancer loses Physical Resistance upgrade
Immunity extended to other abilities
Removed Ninja's Magic Resistance, Magic +20%, and Block Upgrade. Now that Ninja has many other abilities I don't want to give it any extra passive upgrades.
- Noteif you already unlocked any of these removed abilities, it stays in your game file as part of your character anyway.
Quick's effectiveness on a unit's Cast time is halved.
Bug Fixes
Fixed Bug where Reflect would not immediately reflect projectiles as intended.
Fixed bug that would often occur with Double or Triple Cast
Fixed issue where Dice never rolls on highest face (sorry!)
AI More likely to optimize AOE positioning
Fixed crash that would occur when trying one of the Shop Rarity Missions.
