Improved interact and card pickup detection (especially near walls, floors, and the elevator)
Major Performance Improvements
Added Dynamic Crosshair toggle to settings, new default is always on cursor to help with grabbing cards
Fix card smoke background obstructing screen
Increased required distance keycards must spawn from Elevator in Escape
Fixed joining matches via code not working
Fixed Xray being stuck activated
Fixed elevator keycard interaction being difficult to position (This includes report of issues on Level 4)
Fix some issues with respawning in Story Mode where you were unintended to die (phasing through ground)
Added background behind room code text to make it pop a bit more
Fixed two people interacting with a terminal softlocking them online
