Cafe Crew Simulator: Prologue changes
We've been listening to your feedback and working hard on a fresh round of improvements. Today's update brings some meaningful changes to how the game looks and feels, most notably a complete lighting overhaul and a smarter customer spawn system. Read on for the full breakdown!

Lighting Overhaul
The cafe world has a whole new look at night. We've adjusted the sun position for late-hour lighting so the environment no longer goes completely dark — evenings now feel atmospheric with sundawn rather than pitch-black. The cafe's interior lighting has also been tuned to match the new global lighting, making everything feel more cohesive and lived-in.
Spawn System Revision
The customer spawn system has been reworked from the ground up. Spawn frequency now adapts to your pace as a player. If you're falling behind, the game won't pile on. This makes Cafe Crew Simulator much more enjoyable in singleplayer and reduces those moments of overwhelming rush. The game should now feel fair and fun whether you're playing solo or with a crew. Of course with more reputation you can get more customers!
New Content
New customer models added, fresh faces visiting your cafe! More to come...
